Being consistent is about matching your actions with your words. If you say you want to lose body fat, then you better get your ass into the gym or outside for a walk/run. You better be
prepared to do away with the foods that you know aren't going to help you lose fat and be
open to learning about new ways to eat and live in order to achieve fat loss.
If you want to achieve your fat loss goals, then you need to be prepared to turn up every week and make it part of your lifestyle. You need to turn up for every training session and be prepared to pay the price for your fat loss. The price of achieving fat loss includes making sacrifices, like giving up time to train, giving up alcohol or only eating your favourite unhealthy meal, once per week.
Even on the days you don't feel like training or you don't feel like eating healthy, this is when
you need to be consistent the most. By simply consistently following your fat loss nutrition and training plan, you will put yourself in a position to reach your fat loss goals.
It's simple but it's not easy. Nobody said it was going to be easy. What it comes down to is..
How much do you want it?
